Axima company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-capacity battery charging stations used, for example, in halls with forklifts. PIXLA has been selected to manage central units of these charging stations for their new version.
With PIXLA, they are able to respond to potential problems of the central unit not only immediately, but thanks to online access and device status history, they can predict potential problems such as system disk overflow, processor overload, and so on. This enables them to provide the perfect level of service to their customers.
Additionally, they use PIXLA to access the web interface of the charging station central unit from anywhere that further improves serviceability.
